Criminal legal affairs


1. Accept the employment of state organs, enterprises and institutions, various associations and legal persons, and carry out training on job-related crime prevention and executive practice criminal risk prevention and control;

2. To report, accuse and report criminal cases on behalf of the parties;

3. Provide legal advice for suspect and client, agent for appeal, accusation, application for bail pending trial;

4. Acting as a defender of a criminal defendant;

6. Acting as an agent ad litem for the parties to criminal incidental civil proceedings;

7. Acting as an agent for appeals and applications for retrial of effective criminal judgments;

8. Apply for commutation, parole and execution outside prison on behalf of others;

9. Investigate and collect evidence and write legal documents on behalf of others;

10. Criminal legal aid;

11. To handle other relevant criminal and legal affairs.
